Davey and King Solomon continue their search for Deborah.
They both mourn their losses. Davey feels lucky to see the king so vulnerable.
The king appears even more vulnerable with the nasty cough he has developed.
They find somewhere to sleep and Solomon realises that finding Deborah is a lost cause.
He tells Davey that he and his cloud of Grims had planned for the fall of the Freelands and that they would avenge their fallen if this ever happened.
He tells Davey that they are going to go for Mayor Craven.
