King Solomon tells Davey that he has long wondered how to safely get into the city and that reliving his nightmare in the City of Dogs has given him an idea.
Solomon says they can sneak into the city through the city of dogs.
He tells him that the place he and Tia escaped from is close to their current location and they head here.
They encounter a sinister biker gang on the way to the entrance to the City of Dogs.
The bikers’ jackets mention an ominous character; Papa Grim.
King Solomon is disturbed by the name and reveals that he used to know him before.
The biker gang’s sentries spot them and they are taken to Papa Grim, a strange man with a tattooed face and a leather jacket made of severed faces.
He draws his cutthroat razor and puts it to Solomon’s throat, giving him the opportunity for his last words.
