A man called Squeaky chauffeurs Papa Grim and his captives.
They see the city in all of its glory.
It reminds Davey of his life here before the cullsmen murdered his family.
They see a bedraggled gang of Grims protesting the culls in their district.
Shortly afterwards the Cull Crew murders them all.
They see the Banquet halls – Craven’s fancy name for the rations centre – and the Cull Crew building.
Squeaky tells Solomon the starving workers of the city have it better than he will when Mayor Craven finally meets him again.
