Squeaky drives King Solomon, Davey, Papa Grim and his bikers through the city, giving them a guided tour as he does so.
They see a huge building named Digicull but Squeaky doesn’t say much about it.
They pass a group of factories and see grassland, water treatment plants, and even a hospital.
Davey is again alarmed by the severity of the king’s coughing.
They are escorted onto Mayor Craven’s private block and are about to enter the spectacular city hall building which the mayor calls home when Ivan Westlake, Craven’s aide tells them to secure them in the cull crew building’s cells.
They take a video call from Craven and he promises to give Papa Grim and his cohorts a reward for bringing him King Solomon.
Solomon baits Papa Grim into attacking him and they grapple for a while before the cullsmen break it up.
Craven gives Davey the opportunity to leave, but Davey refuses, saying he will not leave the king.
Squeaky takes Papa Grim and his two men to the limo.
He locks them in and pulls his gun on them.
Papa Grim searches the inside pocket of his jacket of faces for his cutthroat razor but it is nowhere to be found.
Squeaky guns down the three bikers in cold blood.
